Based on your location we will deliver a demo either face-to-face or via video conference – this demo will be based on your requirements.
Scoping & Requirements Workshop
We will conduct a workshop with your key project personnel in order to further understand your pain points, blockages and existing systems.
Proposal
We will deliver a proposal document which includes the scope of the project, the production environment, your business requirements, SOLID workflows, implementation and a detailed breakdown of the costs involved.
Implementation
This is when development work starts on your project and your first step towards automated operations begins.
SOLID Costs
The SOLID platform is a comprehensive ERP solution that digitises your business by automating ISP workflows from sales through to implementation, field service management, billing, support and collections.
SOLID implementation project costs can vary from ZAR 500 000 to over ZAR 20 million and depend on the specific client’s business processes, products, services, customisation, development, integration, data migration and training needs.
For each SOLID implementation the cost structure is broken up as follows:
- Once-off Costs:
- Analysis: Analysis of business requirements, project planning, project scheduling and deployment architecture.
- Implementation. Project development, implementation, training and go-live support.
- Recurring Costs:
- Licensing: Licensing and updates.
- Support: Support is either on an ad hoc basis (billed per hour) or through a recurring contract.
- Optional Costs:
- Cloud Hosting: Choose between SOLID Cloud (fully managed with recurring costs) and Self-Hosting (self-managed at your own cost).

Virtual Organisation Options
SOLID supports running multiple companies or brands on a single SOLID instance through Virtual Organisations.
Each Virtual Organisation operates as an independent legal entity – with its own bank accounts and financial reporting – while still benefiting from shared systems such as product catalogues, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), service desk, and sales tools. This shared setup significantly reduces administration overheads and streamlines operations for customers that operate multiple legal entities – whilst sharing operational functions for improved efficiency.
The Virtual Organisation feature is available to clients where the primary entity is on the GOLD SOLID License. Please note that Virtual Organisations are billed per additional legal entity. Pricing is based on the number of active contracts within each Virtual Organisation, as per the below table.
