SOLID Integrates Netcash Payment Support
ISPs can now enhance customer experience and improve collections with automatic debit order submissions and real-time payment processing support via Netcash.
SOLIDitech is proud to announce an integration partnership with leading payment provider, Netcash. Netcash’s payment functionality is now integrated directly into the SOLID platform to provide seamless, secure and multi-channel payment options.
ISP customers can now make multi-channel online payments safely and securely 24/7 with any of Netcash’s online payment methods. If the customer is suspended for an overdue invoice, they can log into their self-service portal and make an immediate payment to restore services. This facility is available 24/7 and doesn’t require any costly manual administration or processing from ISP staff.
Multi-channel payment options increase the likelihood of payment being made whilst 3D security and PCI compliance reduce both fraud and the chances of chargeback on card transactions.
