On the morning of Thursday, 26 October 2017, our team were extremely proud to be standing in front of our 2017 MyBroadband Conference exhibition stand; ready and waiting to meet with ISPs, resellers, and anyone interested in Business Automation to explain firsthand how to go about “Automating Your Business”.
The event officially opened at 07h00 and once everyone was registered there was a hum of excitement in the air as exhibitors and visitors alike got stuck into the exciting day of networking, exhibitions and keynote speakers.
“It was great to catch up with our colleagues in the South African ISP industry and see some familiar faces. In the 13 years since starting SOLIDitech, we have seen the broadband industry grow from the early dial-up and ISDN days through ADSL and VSAT and now Fibre, 4G (LTE) and even 5G technologies. It’s an exciting time for SA consumers and businesses alike, especially as broadband speeds increase and pricing decreases. We will continue to do our part by making our awesome SOLID business automation platform available to these ISPs, and by helping them automate their business.” Charles Musto, SOLIDitech COO
Our team spent the day giving demos, chatting to people who wanted to know more about what we do and handing out SWAG.
To entice people to our stand (Although, it’s not like we needed it – our stand looked awesome) we ran a competition. Each person just had to provide their details in order to be entered into a lucky draw. Paul Hendry, from Pindrop, was the lucky winner of our DJI Spark Drone – congratulations Paul.
With over 34 exhibitors, 2,000 delegates and 12 speakers, SOLIDitech feels honoured to have been a part of an extremely successful day. Thank you to the teams involved in making this a huge success.
