Twice a year we invite a number of University students to join our Cape Town team during their holidays. As part of the SOLIDitech Work Experience Program, they dive right into the workings of the company; they work with the teams on very real business problems, commit real code and eat plenty of doughnuts. We design it like this so that the students have access to and experience within a real working environment.

The interns joined the team during the 2019 University Winter holidays and were with us for three whole weeks. They got to work on a dedicated project using Java, Tomcat, Docker and React. Each of the Interns left the office having learnt a lot about leadership, team work and software integration. It was an absolute pleasure working with them and we are very proud of what they achieved.
